About EYCARAT
EYCARAT's mission is to conduct and disseminate state of the art research in auditing and advanced technology that is of value to the academic and professional communities and to serve the auditing profession as a world leader in conducting high quality auditing research and integrating the research with advancements in technology to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the audit process. FRAANK
FRAANK stands for "Financial Reporting and Auditing Agent with Net Knowledge".
FRAANK is an intelligent agent, that fetches financial and non-financial information of publicly held companies from
the online EDGAR database and
converts those reports into XBRL instance documents.

SEEKINF
SEEK-INF stands for "Search Engine to Extract Knowledge from Industrial Filings".
SEEK-INF can either be
used to search individual companies or to trigger scripts which will search
list of companies (based on the search criteria entered by the user).
